407 Associates has in its portfolio of companies MainStreet 407 Partners, LLC, a real estate development company, developing projects through out the Continental United States. MainStreet 407 Partners will look at projects, large and small, decide if they fit its profile and then bring in all or some of the needed financing, as well as design, building and management services to the project. In addition, each project developed by MainStreet 407 Partners is created as a SPECIAL PURPOSE ENTITY (SPE) for cost monitoring and financing purposes.
