407 Associates’ portfolio of companies includes MainStreet 407 Partners, LLC, a real estate development company that develops projects throughout the continental United States. MainStreet 407 Partners evaluates projects, large and small, to determine whether they fit its profile, then brings in all or some of the needed financing, as well as design, building and management services for the project. In addition, each project developed by MainStreet 407 Partners is created as a Special Purpose Entity (SPE) for cost monitoring and financing purposes.
